Biography
Seth Johnson has spent the past decade building meaningful relationships in the worlds of advisor services, alternative investments, and retirement planning. Along the way, he’s worked side-by-side with tax professionals, financial advisors, and Family Offices—helping them navigate complex investment strategies while keeping the focus on people first.
Before joining Valiant, Seth worked with a boutique investment sponsor specializing in tax-advantaged real estate offerings. There, he guided advisors and investors through unique opportunities that required both technical know-how and clear communication. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in Retirement Services, managing everything from client onboarding and plan design to regulatory compliance. His ability to translate complex rules into straightforward, actionable advice made him a go-to partner for both clients and colleagues.
A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Political Science and Public Policy, Seth brings a broad understanding of regulation, policy, and markets to every conversation. He’s passionate about making sophisticated strategies accessible and helping investors see how they fit into the bigger picture of their goals.
At Valiant, Seth focuses on supporting and growing the firm’s network of advisors and investors. He’s especially excited to expand access to Valiant’s Bitcoin mining infrastructure platform and other innovative, tax-efficient strategies. Whether he’s diving into the details of an offering or sharing ideas over coffee, Seth’s approach is grounded in clarity, trust, and a genuine commitment to long-term success.
